Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are respected provided we receive notification within 10 days of receipt of the item and goods are received at our fulfilment centre in London within 30 days in a condition that is acceptable to us. 

Returns are free for all UK orders using Royal Mail. Visit Royal Mail's Tracked Return service webpage, select Altar London, then simply print your label with Royal Mail's label printing service or at home.  Drop your item at your local Customer Service Point, Post Office® branch, Parcel Postbox or get it collected from your doorstep. Your item will be fully tracked on its way back to us. 

Europe and Rest of World:  At present, all costs incurred in returns and exchanges, including shipping, duties and foreign exchange fluctuations are the responsibility of the Buyer. kindly contact us on livechat to better assist you. 

Kindly note that goods returned from Europe and elsewhere may be charged duties unless clearly labelled "Returned Merchandise, originally sent from the UK".
